Overview

At Threadwine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also need the product to be in original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Return & Refund Policies

You have 15 days from the time you receive your product to seek a refund. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 4-5 days to execute the return. This is in accordance with our 15-day return and refund policy.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all tags attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 

The refund will be initiated after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at support right away if anything is damaged, defective or missing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

  • Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • If the order is placed during a sale and is returned to us, only the amount you paid will be refunded; the current product price will not be included.

Exchanges

  • You have 15 days from the time you receive your product to seek an exchange. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 6-7 days to execute the exchange. This is in accordance with our 15-day exchange policy.
  • Your item must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with all tags still intact, unused, and unwashed. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. 
  • The exchange will be initiated after the product is received. Exchanges take 6-7 business days to process. You shall receive the new shipping details once we receive the original product at the warehouse. 

Cancellation Policies

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 
  • You must first receive and then return the order if you want to cancel an already-shipped item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at threadwinesclothing@gmail.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address} that we will provide you on email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
